Q. Does the equipment come fully charged upon pick up (or delivery)?

A. Yes, all batteries are fully charged before they leave our office, no need for you to charge any batteries by you prior to using.

Q. How much do you charge for extra batteries & chargers?

A. Extra batteries & chargers are included with all orders at no charge.

Q. What is the range on the walkie talkies?

A. The range varies depending on your operating environment (city vs rural). Generally we tell people 5-7 city blocks or about a quarter mile outside the city. If you’re shooting on multiple floors of the same building you should have no problems.

Q. If we pick up an order on Friday and return them on Monday, but only use them on Saturday (or Sunday) do you charge us for more than 1 day?

A. We charge you for the days you use the equipment. So picking up an order on Friday and returning it on Monday, but only using the equipment for one day is a one day rental charge.

Q. Do we need to charge batteries after we pick up an order (or delivery)?

A. No, all batteries are fully charged before they leave our office, no need for you to charge any batteries prior to first use.
